Report: Quebec 2nd Regional Meeting – April 23, 2016

ECAMFC – Montreal Regional Meeting

Location: Brossard, Quebec
Date: Saturday, April 23 – 11 am to 1 pm
Attendance: 11 people
Regrets: 3 ECAMFC members sent regrets that they were unable to attend due to out of town ministry

1 – ECAMFC Information Sharing

  • David Hibbert shared a testimony about his journey to joining the ECAMFC
  • He then shared on the vision, values, strengths and benefits of becoming a member of the ECAMFC.
  • Applications were handed out to 2 interested ministers

2 – Updates and Prayer Requests

  • Each person and couple shared an update on their ministry, their sense of God’s direction, and personal prayer requests.
  • David Hibbert also shared his thoughts on how we could work together in the region
  • Sharing ending with a short time of prayer for God’s blessing and direction on each person
  • A copy of the updates and prayer requests were sent out to each person in attendance, so that we could continue to intercede for each other

3 – Lunch and Fellowship Time

  • We ended with lunch, and more fellowship and sharing.

About Maurizio Mingardi

Dr. Maurizio Mingardi, in 1972, had an encounter with God that totally changed his life. From a scientist doing research in Quantum Mechanics and an atheist, Maurizio became a believer and a disciple of Jesus Christ. Then a spiritual journey began. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and later started Mount Zion Church of the Firstborn in Ottawa, Ontario. Maurizio has been in the ministry for more than 30 years and is presently the Senior Pastor of Mount Zion Church. He has also filled a number of executive positions in public and religious organizations. In 2014 he was elected President of ECAMFC.
