Report: Montreal 1st Regional Meeting, October 17, 2015

Location: Destiny Christian Church, 4955 Montée Saint-Hubert, Saint-Hubert (at Payer), J3Y 1V4. (St. Margaret Church Hall)
Area Director: Rev. David Hibbert (with Dr. Maurizio Mingardi attending)
Attending: 4 members + 4 guests

This is the first meeting in the Montreal Region.

After the starting prayer, all those attending introduced themselves and shared about their ministry and the characteristics of ministry in Quebec. Rev. Hibbert shared about his ministry at Destiny Christian Church.

Dr. Mingardi presented the vision and goals of ECAMFC including the intention to expand in Quebec. Two guests expressed interest in applying for membership.

Light lunch and good time of fellowship followed.

Those present would like to have these meetings repeated a couple of times each year.

About Maurizio Mingardi

Dr. Maurizio Mingardi, in 1972, had an encounter with God that totally changed his life. From a scientist doing research in Quantum Mechanics and an atheist, Maurizio became a believer and a disciple of Jesus Christ. Then a spiritual journey began. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and later started Mount Zion Church of the Firstborn in Ottawa, Ontario. Maurizio has been in the ministry for more than 30 years and is presently the Senior Pastor of Mount Zion Church. He has also filled a number of executive positions in public and religious organizations. In 2014 he was elected President of ECAMFC.
