We thank the staff of the Prayer Palace for their hospitality.

Devotional

“What Is That in Your Hand?” (Exodus 4:2) – by Rev. John Bersche 
God’s dealings with Moses show us the pattern in which He also deals with us in our call to minister. In his inspirational message, Rev. Bersche started with a Biblical account and related it to his personal experience.

Business Meeting

Report of the Business Meeting
Dr. Mingardi reported on the 2015 status of ECAMFC, statistics from the Financial Audits from 2012 to 2014.

Elections of the President
The members re-elected Dr. Mingardi as the President for 2015 and the Officers of ECAMFC remain unchanged.

Fellowship Lunch

As usual, this was a good time to re-connect with our friends and members at a personal level.

Ordination Ceremony

“The Adventure of Being a Pastor” – by Rev. Gordon Williams
Rev. Williams shared some anecdotes of his ministry to show the Role the Holy Spirit plays in a minister’s effectiveness and some important principles for a successful ministry.
Ordination of New Members
Two new members were ordained with the laying on of hands:

  • Rebecca Paonessa, and
  • Lesleon Brown

We welcome our new members in ECAMFC.

About Maurizio Mingardi

Dr. Maurizio Mingardi, in 1972, had an encounter with God that totally changed his life. From a scientist doing research in Quantum Mechanics and an atheist, Maurizio became a believer and a disciple of Jesus Christ. Then a spiritual journey began. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and later started Mount Zion Church of the Firstborn in Ottawa, Ontario. Maurizio has been in the ministry for more than 30 years and is presently the Senior Pastor of Mount Zion Church. He has also filled a number of executive positions in public and religious organizations. In 2014 he was elected President of ECAMFC.
